Product quality problem
We are sorry to hear that you have received a defective product. Send an email to {email} within 14 days of purchase with a picture of the faulty product and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Return processing time
We will process your return as soon as possible and we will process your refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item back. If you have not received a refund after 3 days of returning the item, please contact us at {email} and provide proof of postage information on the return receipt and we will investigate this further.
Track return status
When we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. You will also receive a refund confirmation email when a refund is arranged. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for payments to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
